VETERANS AFFAIRS CANADA (VAC)

Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary clinic registered with VAC and upon referral from your VAC Case Manager, we can service you with any of our nine disciplines available. If you are a Veteran and have a “K” number, please call us and we will communicate with your Case Manager at VAC in order to have  services approved for you.

Canadian Armed Forces and Interim Federal Health Program

Individualized fees according to their benefit codes.  Pre-approved by Case Managers. If you work for Canadian Armed Forces or are Refugees to Canada, your rehabilitation can be approved by Case Managers at Canadian Armed Forces or Interim Federal Health Program.
