OHIP PUBLICLY FUNDED PHYSIOTHERAPY:
Patient Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for physiotherapy services funded under the OHIP program, a person must be:
- Aged 65 years or older
- Aged 19 years or younger, or
- Recently discharged as an inpatient of a hospital and in need of physiotherapy clinic services that aredirectly connected to the condition, illness or injury for which the person was admitted to the hospital
- Must be referred by a physician or nurse practitioner based on the findings of an assessment that the person required physiotherapy services and be eligible for funding of services under the ODSP or the OW programs.
Patients that are eligible for this program, MUST present their OHIP card at each visit. Each person must have a valid OHIP card. Any services rendered that is not covered by OHIP will be charged to the patient.

Motor Vehicle Accidents: According to Insurance Board of Ontario rates. Paid by Motor Vehicle Insurance and Extended Health Benefits. No cost to client/patient.REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY:
- 60 minute Massage Therapy: $73.00 (Plus GST)
- 45 minute Massage Therapy: $58.00 (Plus GST)
ACUPUNCTURE:
- Initial Assessment: $90.00
- Treatment: $60.00
