Our office staff will work with you to determine the insurance coverage you may have for Physiotherapy services, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture Services. You will need to be present for this inquiry. Our clinic has direct billing to insurance companies which makes the billing process very easy and efficient. we accept Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
Please note that you can call our office (905-839-8886) for information on our rates for Physiotherapy Assessment and treatment and Massage Therapy Rates for 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes and Acupuncture rates for Assessment and Treatment. Thank you.
We require 24 business hours notice for the cancellation of any appointments. We hope that you will respect your therapist’s time. If you do not inform us of a cancellation, you will be charged for the full treatment time, as the therapist cannot re-book this time allotted for your appointment.
